From Mumbai to Pune – 120 km in 4 hours
Transportation in India is noisy, vibrating and hot (not the good way)!
We had some great times in our Cool Cab, it was sweaty, in particular when we passed the mountain where we had to turn of our a/c so that our engine could manage the heat and steapness.
Finnaly we reached our hotel, which is very nice and comfortable.
Enjoying the local
After some days of total down period, team India reloaded and will soon be ready for new Indian challenges.

Some times you really enjoys rooms service, provides you with both antibiotics and the most superb boiled rice on a silver tray! The team ability in strategy planning and deployment was reenforced, so goes with the team building.
Local Knowledge
The local MORE division paid us a visit and provided vital support within innovations, one important factor in modern leadership.
Mikael does not starve here at Taj Land Ends, it is the opposite. Contradictions are normal/common here in India as we have learnt (Weiner, 1998).

So it begins
Lufthansa made our journey very effienct and pleasent (thank you for the advice Mr. Strumane).
Our time in India starts quite decent with the sea view from our room, however the smog/clouds was forgotten as soon as we sat down and had our breakfast buffe.
AirPort experience
Only Some experience gained at Landvetter, however good warm up before India.
Teambuilding before the big trip
As in all large projects, teambuilding should not be underestimated!
