Field trip in India – Strategic Leadership Development
Transportation in India is noisy, vibrating and hot (not the good way)!
We had some great times in our Cool Cab, it was sweaty, in particular when we passed the mountain where we had to turn of our a/c so that our engine could manage the heat and steapness.
Finnaly we reached our hotel, which is very nice and comfortable.
After some days of total down period, team India reloaded and will soon be ready for new Indian challenges.

Some times you really enjoys rooms service, provides you with both antibiotics and the most superb boiled rice on a silver tray! The team ability in strategy planning and deployment was reenforced, so goes with the team building.
The local MORE division paid us a visit and provided vital support within innovations, one important factor in modern leadership.
Mikael does not starve here at Taj Land Ends, it is the opposite. Contradictions are normal/common here in India as we have learnt (Weiner, 1998).
